RewriteMate is built to help you write more naturally after drafting with AI, not to enable academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or deceptive use. Every rewriting mode is designed around one hard rule: your facts, arguments, and meaning never change. Only phrasing and structure do.

You are responsible for following your school's or employer's specific policy on AI-assisted writing. Policies vary widely, some institutions permit AI-assisted drafting with disclosure, others prohibit it outright. RewriteMate cannot tell you which policy applies to your situation, and using this tool does not exempt you from your institution's rules.

We do not support using RewriteMate to submit work that misrepresents who did the underlying thinking. If the ideas, arguments, and understanding in a piece aren't yours, humanizing the prose doesn't change that.
